John Lennon's birthday to be celebrated in Brest
According to the tradition, Brest fans of Lennon and The Beatles will get together in "Rock Cafe" on October 9. A karaoke-party will take place there.
This year, apart from the thematical cover-concert from Brest rock bands, everyone will be provided an opportunity to sing their favourite songs from the musician's inheritage to the live accompaniment.
The organizers think that it wouldn't be nice if someone wants to sing, for example, "Yesterday", written by Paul McCartney, not by John Lennon. Therefore, a list of Lennon's creations is published at a special vkontakte.ru webpage.
